Liner Notes from Audio Recordings

Liner notes from music recordings often have background information on a composer or piece, similar to an encyclopedia or biographical dictionary entry.

You can find audio recordings and inspect their liner notes:

  • by looking for CDs and LPs (vinyl) owned by Staley Library in our online catalog.
  • by searching one of our streaming audio databases, both accessible through myMillikin-> Library Databases-> Music-> Naxos Music Library.
