Millikin acknowledges that generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an emerging tool in the academic world. The use of generative AI in coursework must be pre-approved by the instructor of the course. It is up to the student to receive pre-approval to use generative AI technologies on any assignment, project, or exam in advance. Unapproved uses of generative AI are considered a violation of academic integrity.
Below I've put together a short list of generative AI tools that you might find useful during your research journey; however, before you use any AI tool, always check with your professor to see if they allow its use and in what capacity.
If you decide to use something generated by AI because your professor allows it, you should cite it appropriately in your final project.
